application refused question

Hi all,
here is my case
my friend got VISA from 200 route last year (from 05/2016)
my visa tier 4 (student)
i invested 100k after he got visa 5 months ( 10/2016) to my friend company and become shareholder of my friend ( i am not director)
i apply sent application from 12/2016 and last week i got refused with only 1 reason
" you are not director of the company"

when i made application i did choice "self-employed" because i am not director

Anyone can advice what should i do now please ?

Sorry to hear about your refusal.
If you claimed points for self employment, then investing 100K in the company as a shareholder is not relevant. What documents did you provide to show you are active as a self employed individual?

Investment in a business you are not a director is not accepted. You either had to keep the 200K to yourself or must have been the director of the company you invested in.
