Questions about pending application.

Hello,

I am a non European married to my European wife living in the UK. I have an EEA EFM application that is pending with the Home Office submitted in February 2017 when we were engaged but we have since married. My questions are, how do I let the Home Office know of my change of circumstances and do I need to reapply as a family member (EEA FM)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
