Tier 1 dep to FLRM PEO DEFERRED

Has anyone faced this situation before?

I was on Tier 1 - Entrepreneur dep and applied for FLRM - Liv PEO. Application deferred based on no company information such as vat returns, tax returns, business lease etc

The common understanding is that, if you have official payslips (last 12 months) and records from HMRC (P60, or live data) you are fine. The category is looking for your spouse's income and it should be over £18600. Therefore I didn't bother bombarding them with tons of company records. Well, I was wrong! couple of weeks ago I summited over 1kg parcel with company records they requested.

Please share your experience if you gone through similar experience.

Tier 1 ENT dep to FLRM and deferred/refused due to no/or insufficient company information
