I wrote to my local MP , if they get in touch with me Ill ask to her to write to home office on behalf of me.Would it make any difference if a lawyer wrote a complain letter instead of you?Network wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2018 8:25 pmany news ? I have waited 21 days for CoA and will probably wait another 21 days to tell these guys they didn't reply my email in 21 days. There goes 42 days. Then there will be another 21 days to respond and so on...
Are you guys still waiting for yours?

Hi Mate, congrats!may1975 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2018 4:07 pmI have received an email today with attached COA from Complaints office."Thank you for your email correspondence of 9 January where you have raised a complaint about not receiving your Certificate of Application (COA).
You have said that you submitted your application on 1 December 2017, completed your biometrics on 12 December 2017 but you have still not received your COA.
I am unable to uphold your complaint.
I have forwarded the issues you have raised to a manager in the relevant department who has advised that you enrolled your biometrics on 12 December 2017 and we then have 21 days in which to issue the COA to you. Your COA was issued on 13 December 2017 by 2nd Class Post. I can only assume that the reason for the delay was due to the Christmas Holiday Period whereby the postal service is affected by three Public Holidays and excessive amounts of post. We offer our apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused and I have attached a copy of your COA to this reply.
I hope this answers your concerns and this information is helpful. I am sorry our service has not met your expectations and that you have found it necessary to make a complaint.
So apperantly they have send it on 13th and i have not received yet, probably it got lost and the attachment is in word format. Can i use it as a proof of my rights even thoug its not not the original one?
COA arrived on 19th business day.ulas wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2018 11:26 amI talked to Home Office. The woman i talked to said that the period for sending COA is NOT 21 days. It is 21 BUSINESS days.
So i still have until next Monday to panic again.
However i find it frustrating they don't mention this in anywhere. They just say 21 days.
Congratulations mate,I’m still waiting should I call them or make a complaint or just send email request COA ?
