Apply to remain in the UK with family

Hi All,

Thanks for your help in replying on the forum. I have some questions related to Applying to remain in the UK with family.

I booked an in person application to "Apply to remain in the UK with family" in March 2017 for the date of 18th April 2017 and paid the fees of £1311.00. Now the fees have changed to £1493.00.

I also downloaded and printed the old application form, now there is a new application form.

My question is do I need the old form or the new form?

Also do I need to pay the additional fee?

Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

The fee has been paid. I don't think you need to pay again.

In my opinion, you should submit the new form.
