Letter to prove income

Post by kimchadwick » Fri Apr 07, 2017 3:42 pm

Me and my boyfriend are hoping to marry in India. I'm eglish and my boyfriend is Indian.
First of all, what documents do we need to provide to apply for dependent visa for my boyfriend?

Secondly, I understand I have to provide a letter from my employee proving my income, what should be the format of the letter

You nee 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements and a letter confirming your employment details. In terms of other documents, you need to prove adequate accommodation, evidence of subsisting relationship, marriage cert etc.

See link below, applications from India follow a similar process to Pakistan.

Don't forget he will have to pay the £600 immigration health surcharge plus the visa fee.
