alexjojo wrote:Hi all,
I would really appreciate some therapeutic advice from those familiar with the inner workings of Royal Mail.
My application has been refused (got IHS full refund - I knew what that refund meant). I called UKVI and they told me the refusal letter was sent on Tuesday 04 April and it should be with me on Thursday or Friday as It was sent via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. They also gave me a tracking number.
But:
"Information on your Royal Mail Signed For™ item is not yet available."
and continues to do so today, 4 days later.
Has anyone experienced this sort of thing before? Did anyone get the decision letter after 4 or 5 working days of posting?
Many thanks.
When you said Full IHS Refund, do you mean the whole £600* (per person) was refunded or the £200 overpayment (depends if you applied alone without dependants)?alexjojo wrote:Hi Momi, yes they did not tell the decision over the phone. They said my decision letter was sent out but I knew it is the refusal letter as I got a full IHS refund.
still did not get it.sm12 wrote:Did you receive the letter today?
