I POSTED ALL MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENT TO SHEFFIELD VISA SECTION S3 8WA ON 20/03/2017 AND IT WAS SIGNED FOR ON 21/03/2017. BUT WE GOT AN EMAIL ON 05/04/2017 THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENT. PLS WHAT CAN I DO. CAN I GO TO SHEFFIELD MY SELF. AND IF YES WHERE CAN I GO OR HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT. THANKS

That postcode is the Royal Mail Delivery office or the UKVI PO Box address, so unlikely physically 'signed for' if delivered to a PO box.

Is that the address you got during the online process?

No, you cannot 'go to Sheffield' in person.
