Surinder Sing EEAFP online application - irrelevant question

Hello!

I'm attempting to apply for the EEA FP from Spain, using the Surinder Singh route. The online application form is asking me for what I understand to be irrelevant information: income, previous travel history, medical history, etc.

Is there a way of avoiding the irrelevant questions blank?
If I have to fill them all in, even though they are irrelevant, will I be penalised for, e.g., earning a lower amount, etc?

I really hope I'm not duplicating a question here, I've searched as much as I can.
