Spouse visa Qs: Appendix 2 and Photos

1) Appendix 2 is coloured form (blue), do I need to print in colour OR black&white ok?

2) Last 5 pages of Appendix 2 are guidance to fill the form. Do I need to include those 5 pages in my packet?

3) I (sponsor) will send UK size photos of applicant to Sheffield. How many photos shall I send?

My answers are purely based on my exp and has no legal / professional standing:
1. Why the hitch - take them all colored - I did my wife's visa and printed Appendix 2 in color.
2. I included the extra 5 in my "supporting documents pack" but I'm sure they are not required - I'd advice put them in and they can choose to ignore them.
3. People tell me even 2 photographs work - I provided around 15/16 (4/5 for each function like ring ceremony, barrat, rokka, shaadi etc).
