Tier 2 General - Salary increase above COS and RLMT

Post by Kundan-Yadav » Thu Apr 13, 2017 10:05 am

Hi,

Needed some help regarding tier 2 sponsor salary increase.

My Company provided me COS and hired me in sept'16. At That time they had done the RLMT with a fixed salary mentioned in advertisement. (no salary range or "Competitive" world was mentioned)

now, they will be revising my salary as part of annual performance review. Though in my case it would be just 7 months from the joining date.
I was hired at a salary they advertised in RLMT, so any salary increase would take me above the advertised salary.

Does this means.. to give me any salary increase they have to redo the RLMT...? :(

I would really appreciate all the help and guidance. thanks.

Kind Regards,
Kundan

No it does not, RLMT not required for every salary increase you get unless you are changing jobs/positions etc.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
