Help with Declaration- Cash Savings route

Hi,

I have applied online for FLR M. I have used the cash savings route and used 6 accounts. Now, the checklist says that I'm supposed to send Declaration of the source of cash savings for each account I have shown.

Can someone please shed some light on what needs to be mentioned in the declaration? Does it has to be very elaborate or just one-liner saying that it is my savings over time. Any sample of this declaration would be very helpful.

A letter from your bank confirming your address and balance.

But the checklist says "A Declaration by (my name) of the source(s) of the cash savings, Acct: xxxx"

So then a letter that matches the bank statement.
