Applying for Naturalization.

Post by talk2tboy » Wed Apr 19, 2017 5:44 pm

I will like to seek your advice on what to do regarding this issue. I'm about to apply for nationalization for my British passport but on the AN form my marriage certificate and wife British passport is required among the document, but the problems I have is she refuse to give me the both document because we are separated for like 2 years now. Have had my indefinite leave for 5years now. I just want to know if I can still go ahead and apply for Nationalization with out this two documents.
Thanks
Lawal.

State you are separated and apply based on 5 years residence then they are not required.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
