Naturalisation (Employee & A Company Director)

Post by LongLiveQueen » Thu Apr 20, 2017 12:42 pm

Dear All,

I am on ILR and will be eligible to apply for Naturalisation next month. I have a question in regards to employment.

I have been an employee of various companies over the last six years with no break. Got my ILR last year May and I am still working as an employee of an IT company and also a director of limited company. Limited company was registered in December 2012 and I have only worked 4 days (short contract) for that limited company in last 5 years, and have been regularly submitting annual returns (self assessments)- even though with 0 income from last few years - but I am still a registered director of company.

Do I need to mention this limited company directorship with-in the employment history section?

And for question 3.2 should I select only Employee or both (Employee & director) And for whichever option I select, what would be the corresponding proof..

3.2 Are you:
An employee?
A business partner?
Self-employed?
A director?

Thanks.
