My bank statement has was issued until 27th of March but I am going to post the application on 26th of April is it ok or shall I also include the latest statement which I have received by my FAX?

Your most recent payslip and banks statement must not be older than 28 days on the date of application. Fax unlikely to be accepted. Go into the bank and ask for a statement.

unfortunately they could only send it to me by FAX as bank is an online only bank they dont have branches.

FAX does have my name and address on in and it says " we can confirm that this person is our customer and lives at this address and these are their recent bank transactions list" some thing along these lines and they have put a header with their address on top of the letter.

yes i think this is the chance i have to take i have attached last 2 years but the ones i got in post where up until 27th of March and i am posting my application tomorrow.

although i have ordered most recent but it will not get to me by tomorrow or even day after.

it did say if you are not sending original then we should explain why which is what i am gonna do. Also is it 28 working days or 28 days in total????

i dont have an option then because it will just fall over 28 days so i will attach whatever i have and in the cover letter i will mention that i can provide an original statement on a later date if required by HO.
