Spouse Visa Extension & English Language

Dear members

my friend's wife came from India on 15.09.2014.Her extension is due now.
She has passed Cambridge Test (University of Cambridge- ESOL Examinations) .She achieved B1 level .

Does previous english language test will be enogh for extension of spouse visa ?

please advice

sorry she has done IELTS with 6.0 Bands
