Tier2 Company is on Suspension -Can I Apply for ILR

Hello

I am on a Tier2 General Visa working for the same company from 5+ years I am having a valid visa upto jan2018 but I am already eligible for ILR ,No Gaps in between and I meet all the requirements to apply for ILR but unexpectedly there is an issue for my sponsor company licence is been suspended 2 months back .I am not sure whether I can apply for ILR now or do I need to wait

Why was it suspended?

If you apply for ILR, your application will be placed on hold until your sponsor's license issue is sorted out.

ok if the sponsor company licence is revoked then then will my ILR application be rejected as well

dont know the exact details Its private information they dont reveal to employees Most members seem to have this information when it happens as it directly affects them. Maybe your sponsor has something to hide.

Any Idea How long does the UKBA take time to take secession on suspended licences? It is UKVI and not UKBA. How long it takes depends on their investigation and how quickly your sponsor responds to requests for documents/information etc.

Question, they are a real sponsor and you are on their PAYE system, i.e you are not contracting??

Yes I am working for direct company I am not contracting I am on their PAYE system only but I work at the client location (which is mentioned while applying for my visa itself)

they told me the main reason of suspension is all the employees need to work from sponsor company office itself they are not supposed to work at client location (but I am not sure if that is the only reason)

Can some one please suggest me what to do in my case

My company has responded to UKVI its been a month now Can I find another sponsor and apply for iLR from new sponsor(after how many months can I apply)
i am in a situation to wait and see for the result of current sponsor for few more days or to move to new company as quick as possible.

if u find a new sponsor who can do the rlmt, issue cos and u change visas, u can apply ilr after 1 month with your latest payslip.
