Re: Submit 6 months playslip for non salaried employment

Post by jsniuab » Wed Apr 26, 2017 2:04 pm

hello

i am applying for a uk spouse Visa and my wife is my sponsor in the UK ... however we are so confused about the financial requirement form VAF 4A appendix 2 section 3.11 where it ask you " what is your sponsor's annual income from this employment before tax"

my wife used to work in JD wetherspoon for 2 years on a part time ,but since 22 september 2016 she start full time to get the six months non salaried( because she is paid by hours)

from November 2016 to April 2017 ( 6 months ) her financial requirement Exceed 9300 pound which is the sum required for six months.. as she is a non salaried so we know we have to devide the amount by six and multiply it by 12 to get the annual requirement which is exceeding 18,600

But we dont know what to fill in section 3.11 where it say what is your sponsor's annual income from this employment before tax"

i would be grateful to get a quick reply as next week we are applying
Thank you

As the form don't have separate non salaried annual income section/box so I think you have to use the same formula (6months wages total/6×12) to get annual income and the same write there.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
