Can someone go on Premium Service after varying grounds?

Hi Zimba88,

I have booked an appointment to vary my application for 8th June, which is 28 days before completing 10 years, What do you think if i send a letter to the Tier 1 entrepreneur team saying that, I have booked my appointment at premium service to vary my application for 8th June as i will be qualifying for ILR LR on 8th June, I therefore request yourselves to please send my original passports to the premium service centre without withdrawing my current application as i will allow me to put forward my application for process on same day.

I can also attach my booking with the letter.

Your documents will only be requested to be sent if the varying of the grounds is accepted by the caseworker at PSC.

In SET LR application there is the question
When does your current leave expire?

My visa expired on 27th March 2017 but i applied tier 1 extension on 24th March 2017.

Shall i put the date in question 27th March 2017? or 3C Leave?
