No you cannot apply on Set(M) as you do not hold a qualifying visa to apply for ILR as a spouse of person with ILR.

You will need to apply for a spouse visa, which is a 5 year route to ILR on Set(M) and is 2 X 2.5 year visas. You/spouse must meet the financial requirement and if the kids are not yet British, it will be in higher. You will also have to pay the immigration health surcharge of £500.

FLR(FP) partner route, this is a 10 year route to ILR (4 x 2.5 year visas)

What are the nationalities of the children or how long have they lived in the UK for.

What did you mean by "I have be resident in the UK since 2007 when i did my master's degree but have been constant since 2013"? Where were you between 2007 and 2013?

SET(LR) after 10 years' residence?
