Tier2 ICT Long Term to Tier2 General PBS Dependant Switch

Hi

I have a Tier2 ICT Long term visa valid from 5 July 2015 to 4 July 2017. Recently my spouse has secured her Tier2 General Visa and now I want to apply to be her dependant while I am in the UK. Can someone help me with the below queries please?

1. Will my ICT visa be cancelled on the same day when my Tier2 dependant visa is stamped?
2. Will there be any transit period available for me to finish my current assignment on ICT?
3. If I have to serve notice period to my current ICT employer, apart from serving the notice in India, do i have any options for serving in UK itself or completely not serving it?

1. Yes it will and you will have to inform your employer about your visa status.

2. That is between you and your employer. You are permitted to continuing working for your sponsor IF they agree.

3. That is between you and your sponsor and not an immigration issue.
