Which application to make?

Hi All,

I would like to ask few things in regards to my upcoming application.
My visa is expiring on 07-06-2017, which is Tier 1 PBS Dependent.
My Wife got her ILR approved in December 2016.
I know I can apply on FLR (M), but my issue is we are relying on Savings and the 6 month for the bank statement will be complete in July 2017, exactly one month after my current visa expires.
I am not sure what other routes or options I have currently.

Will appreciate if someone can guide me on this.

10 Year Long residency.
I have been in the UK for 8.5 years now as her dependent on various routes

You need to submit proof of funds for 6 months. What are the source of the funds and have you got proof of where they came from?

If you don't meet the financial requirement, you could apply on FLR(FP)

Source of fund is Inheritance and I have proper court letters.
Funds were only transferred 4 months ago by the court, so I wont be having the funds for 6 months at the date of the application.

I can apply on FLR (FP)? Can you advice on what basis please.

Will I have to do a variation to my application and go to FLR (M) once my statements are 6 months old?

And lastly if i do FLR (FP) first and then FLR(M) later, will I have to pay the fees twice?

If you have all the paperwork to prove the source of the funds, then HO should accept this if your savings meet the requirements for FLR(M).

Are either of you working at all?

Fees are paid for each and every application you make as well as the IHS.

I have all the paper work to prove the source of funds but the problem is by the time I send my application to HO, the funds would have been in my account only for 5 months which is a month short then the requirement.

Can you suggest how do I go about this please?
