Urgent Inverstment Enquiry from Senior Gurus Ext. due in Aug

Post by ukextension » Wed May 03, 2017 5:23 pm

Hi

I am on Tier 1 Entp. £50000 route, My extension is due in August 2017, My question is, As a part of the Entp. guidelines I need to transfer £50,000 from my personel Bank account to the Business bank account as per the UKVI requirement for our category, that I already transfered last year, but I am also getting salary from the Bussiness as a Director (Not Dividend), Is this money I need to put back into the Business account to meet £50000 requirement. I had a current balance of more than £50k in my Business account and my company is in profit from last 3 years and also paid corporation tax each year and planning to apply on the basis of share capital which is in the form of shares with worth more than £50k.

My confusion is about my salary that I withdraw each month from my company for living as a PAYE, Is this money deducted from the total £50000 that I already invested into the Business and I need to put as much of money back into the Business account eqivalent to the money I recived in the form of salaries. Urgent reply please from the Gurus.

Thanks Zimba88 for your kind reply-

As per your comments "Who said you are not allowed to get any remunerations ?? Only remuneration paid from the invested money is NOT accepted, not all remuneration. If remuneration are paid from the generated business income, then there is no problem.

I understand the invested money is £50k, We can pay salary to the employees from that funds, but not director salary. If the business income is around £25k/year and director received £13k in salary and company also paid the corporation tax for that year. Is that acceptable.

My company paid the corporation tax from last 3 years and I withdraw the salary from the turnover, hopefully, I don't need to put money back into the account that I received.
