Post Decision from Upper Tribunal Court-EEA-PR for Non-EU

Post by EEA-PR-AP » Wed May 03, 2017 7:48 pm

On completion of Court hearing in Dec 2016 with Upper Tribunal Court, the decision was been settled to grant Indefinite Leave to Remain(ILR) to Appellant. Upon which, the Appellant have not received any documentation in regards to confirmation of Stay in the UK from Home Office till date.

Questions:

What kind of process is in place to handle such cases?
Is there any time frame that Home Office follows?

I had been getting very ambiguous or No responses, from Home Office/UKVI/Post Case Work Unit. I have made requests on numerous occasion on Calls/Letters/Emails to authorities mentioned above. Is there anything more, that I can do about it! Any suggestion is appreciated.
