Post by dilshad » Thu May 04, 2017 1:18 am

hi,
Need some advice regarding my husbands dlr, hope anyone can help me
My husband is failed assylum seeker living in uk for last 18 years now,he was applied under human rights in November 2011.but in liver pool further submission and granted dlr for 3.4 years in 2013.niw in 2016 he again extended his stay dlr for another 2.5 years.
I would like to when he will eligible for ilr?? After 6years or 10 years???

I really appreciate if anyone could help us in this question as we r struggling reunite as a family.

I lived with him for 5 years since 2010 in student visa.we have 2 uk born kids 6 and 2.5 years old. My Solicitior told that I can apply as his dependent.but we didn't get visa so me and my kids came back to our home country.in 2015 April.

Kids are so desperate to go and live with there father.missing our beautiful family life together so badly.
He earn more than 32 k per annum and we r married too.
Is there any chances of our reunion before his ilr??
