Visitor visa for mother - documents required

Hi

I am planning to apply a visa for my mother.

I would like to confirm the documents that i need to send as i am sponsoring her.

Background Information: My mom is a housewife and don't have any savings or properties on her name.

I am a fulltime employed british citizen - own my own property here and i am inviting and sponsoring her.

I have a younger brother who has just started a business on small scale and unable to sponsor her.

The documents i am sending are :

1. My letter of invitation stating she will be staying in my flat during her stay and i will be responsible for her stay/expenses etc.

2. My last 6 months bank statements (i was overdrawn now and then but last month maintained 2000 pounds - would this suffice?)

3. My employer letter stating my role, pay etc.

4. My last 6 months pay slips

5. Copy of my British passport.

Also in additional info i will be adding that my mother has to look after and support my unmarried younger brother and help in his business and she has all her family and relatives back home.

Is there anything that i would need to add or submit ?
