Hi,
I was on spouse visa from April 2013 to January 2016. I applied for spouse visa extension and my visa got rejected in April 2016 saying "missing documents". Now hearing is due on 17th of may .
My query is- that what time frame documents I needs to show legally at the time of hearing ? The time I applied i.e. documents of last 6 months when I originally applied in Januaury 2016 or the document from the rejection month ( April 2016) to till today (last 6 month document from jan 2016 to march 2017)??
My lawyer is insisting me to provide recent documents as well ( all the bank statements and salary slip from when i applied frirst till this month, else they will apply on the basis of british child and that route , if I received my visa on that basis it will take 10 years for ILR, whic I wants to avoid as my ILR will be due around after year.
