Flr m partners earnings issue

Post by Izywafishani » Tue Apr 25, 2017 11:00 am

Hi all
I have been in the U.K. Since 2008 with 2 years gap from 2011-2013. I first came as a student(2008-2011) then went back to Pakistan n came back to the U.K in 2013 as a partner of a person who was on post study work visa. We had issues n we separated in June 2014 and in dec 2014 I got visa on the basis of children "10 years parent route" I'm again with my partner now n want to apply as a partner of British person. My question is
Is flrm right form for me??
My husbands is a taxi driver, his earnings were over 18600 until feb but he went on holidays in march n came back in April n hasn't yet worked to reach 18600 in this month??
My visa is expiring on 5th June 2017....my question is will he still be able to support my application??? What other option I have????

If he does not have evidence of income for the 6 months immediately before you apply, then no, FLR(M) will fail, assuming he is salaried and not self employed/ltd company as these requirements/documents are different.

Alternatively, FLR(FP) partner route, which is also a 10 year route.

Your savings are not sufficient to use to meet the financial requirement.

Do you work?

There is no 'quick route' unfortunately.

No I don't work a i have a four months old baby, a two years n 8 years old.....I haven't worked since my two years old was born....
So it means I have only flr fp available???
One more thing I have done MA English from Pakistan and few diplomas from U.K. When I was student.....I need to know do I still need to pass English language test....
I did ielts back in 2008 when I applied first time as a student.....

Is this possible that I apply on flrfp n after six month when we are able to show our income meeting the criteria of 18600 we apply again on flrm...

Switching from parents route to partners route????

Post by Izywafishani » Fri May 05, 2017 1:54 pm

Hi all
I was granted limited leave to remain as a parent on 10 years route on flrfp 2.5 years ago. Now it's the time for extension but the prob is that I'm living with my partner and I have read if I'm living with partner I can't apply on parents route. I can't apply on 5 years partner route due to financial issues.
My question is if I apply on 10 years partner route, will my previous leave of 2.5 years as a parent count?? Or wts the best option for me...
Thanks
