job offer in UK

Post by accablues » Wed May 10, 2017 11:26 am

Hi all, appreciate if someone can reply on this (summary, I am applying for my spouse visa and we are not based in GCC)

Income from salaried employment overseas (with job offer in the UK)

1. If i don't have a job offer in UK - do I still have to tick income from overseas as a proof to show the current overseas employment fulfill the 18.6k requirement over the past 12 months period?

2. Can I combine "income from o/s employment (without job offer in uk)" with cash savings or do I have to rely on only "cash savings" part?

3. Cash savings: I have cash savings in UK from providing services in accounting/due diligence/feasibility reports. For these services I didn't have to be in UK. I am not applying on "self employed income" category, since its not a regular income . question is => the money received from these services can b treated as "savings"? but I read this on guidance notes and confused - kindly advise

Category D: Cash savings cannot be combined with self-employment income, or with income from employment as a director of a specified limited company in the UK, under either Category F or Category G: see section 9 of this guidance. Category D: Cash savings also cannot be combined with part (2) of Category B: salaried and non-salaried employment: see section 5 of this guidance.

4. Is it possible to submit application without spouse passport ? they application can take up to 3 months , this will hold up any kind of travelling

thanks for any advice and also if someone can advice on my other post "moving back to uk p2)
