Hello Friends ,

At last after a long wait of 11 months, by grace of almighty my ILR GOT APPROVED through accelerated £5 Million route.
I am so proud to say this group , members and admins were my guides along with the Tier 1 entre guidance.
My time line is below:

Application Posted: 18 th June 2016
Bio metrics Invite: 20 th July
complex issue letter: Mid DECEMBER 2016
MP involved: End of FEB 17
Interview invite Letter : 27 March 2017
Inrtrvw done: 18 April 2017
Visa approval letter , passport and BRP Recieved: 11 May 2017 (after 11 odd months )


Documents : all documnts as per guidance.Used two companies in the process.

congratulations! you are probably one of the recent ones on forum who got ILR on accelerated route.

we have been discussing a potential confusion/grey area in the rules where it says that you need to do £5 million gross income (turnover). the link to the thread is given below.

could you confirm you achieve £5 million in just turn over OR was it the gross income? If possible, do share the copy of management accounts (off course you can hide the data you want) even just the top part where it shows gross income would do.

£5 Million is the gross sales/ total incoming money /total income/total cost of sales, no matter how much profit/net profit the company made. even though my company made a decent profit.

My company is a telecom service provider.

All the questions were related to my business activities apart from some general questions..
1.clients and contracts ,main contact of the client and how many UK clients i have.
2.business premises and asked for the adress and how big the office was (our office is in REGUS space).
company registered address was my home address even though i have an office from 2013
3.contacts of the clients
4.accountant and address
5.empolyees and educational qualification (i have only 2 full time employees , but they have been employed for more than 3 years till date)
6.how i was able to make such a big turn over
7.profit for the previus years
8.projected turn over and profit
9.future expansion plans and expectations
10.future products launch
11.any future hiring
12.about our business competitors in the industry and what was our edge to compete.
