advice please. spouse visa (DLA ESA)

hello
i'm preparing spouse visa
we are gay.

1. british citizen (spnoser)
deaf. have got DLA and ESA(around 112 per week)
have lived with parents. parents own house so no housing benefits
have a year baby (its laboratory baby with lesibian friend. just friend)
this baby is living with lesibian mom. not with sponser.

we will live in his parents house.

as i searched,
he is eligible to get waived to prove finiancial requirements but

how about baby?

DOES BABY COUNTED INTO MAINTENANCE OR NOT ( Because baby living separately.)

also does he have to submit any paper about baby?
he is more like sperm donation. but his name is listed on a baby. (again baby is living with mom)

also his dla + esa is enough for maintenance requirements? (in condition with living with parents after marriage)
