Refusal twice for visitor visa from India

Post by visitinguk » Fri May 12, 2017 6:08 pm

Hello everyone,

My brother applied for a visitor visa to UK from India and has been rejected twice in the past month. On both occasions, the reason for refusal was that there were irregular transactions in his business account. He applied through an agent and supposedly the agent misguided him because I realised it now that it was not even mandatory to attach his business A/c statement. His Income Tax Return (ITR) copy for the past year along with proof of savings would have been sufficient. Also, I would like to mention that I was sponsoring his entire trip and the required sponsorship documents from my side were also attached with his application.

Now my question is if he applies again for the third time and if he doesn’t show his business A/c statement which is supposedly not mandatory, what are the chances he would be granted a visa. In other words, is it compulsory to explain the reason for previous refusals in the cover letter and would his application be considered afresh or will the previous reasons be considered while making judgement this time.

Looking forward to your valuable responses.

Thanking you.

I don't think he will be successful to get visit visa if he is young age and unmarried.

It make no difference whether he attaches business A/c statement or not.

U need to mention latest previous refusal every time u apply for new visit visa and explain the refusal

reasons with explanation.

Because of visit visa abuse in the past its nearly impossible to get visit visa these days. Rest is your choice.
