2 BRP for 1 application

I have received 2 BRP for PBS Dependant Tier1 visa with different BRP reference and rest same information. Definitely a mistake by UKVI and I am going to inform them about this, however just curious to know, that does this mean there are 2 files created in their system?

Is it ok to keep 2 BRP with me?

Hi
How long it took for you to make decision,
I applied for my wife tier 1 dependent on Monday,
When I expect to receive biometric letter and final decision.
