Tier-1 Extension process

HI all ,

I have a few quick questions regarding the Tier 1- Entrepreneur extension (after initial application ,Do we have to employ again for 12 months which we are doing now in our initial application on 3 years period .

I request to all senior members specially zimba Please shed some lights on this , Lots of solicitors are making mess around confusing people.

(2) Do we have to send the rent premises and any insurance to HO with application ? for extension? does it include health insurance or any other insurance for employees ? , I have seen some of the refusal on "office space which does not required " HO stated in refusal? I used Co working space for my employees and myself is it alright or should i rent it?

You need to create/maintain jobs for another 12 months AFTER extension is granted for your ILR.
There is NO NEED to have an office and pay rent. You must have employer's liability insurance as per law !!!
