I have a few quick questions regarding the Tier 1- Entrepreneur extension (after initial application ,Do we have to employ again for 12 months which we are doing now in our initial application on 3 years period .
I request to all senior members specially zimba Please shed some lights on this , Lots of solicitors are making mess around confusing people.
(2) Do we have to send the rent premises and any insurance to HO with application ? for extension? does it include health insurance or any other insurance for employees ? , I have seen some of the refusal on "office space which does not required " HO stated in refusal? I used Co working space for my employees and myself is it alright or should i rent it?
