Post by waheedwaheed » Fri May 19, 2017 1:19 pm

hi guys i have read many stories here so thought i would share mine too,,plz let me know if any of you have same situation
i came to UK on student visa tier4 in october 2011 which was expired in april 2014 i appiled for extention but my college licence was revoked HO send me a letter to get new addmission and send them addmission letter so i did . my case was refused because no not attending previouse college..i was overstayer for one year and half and applied as a partner with british citizen which was refused because not having strong grounds and we were,nt living together for 2 years..my solicitor told me to get married but i couldn,t because my passport was in HO..being muslim i was able to get married over video call at my home country and got marriage cirtificate from home country..so i applied Flr fp because she wasn,t earning £18600 on base of proxy marriage which was refused again but i had right to appeal..meanwhile my wife got pragnant we went to court for hearing judge refused my file
now i have a british baby
in october 2016 i applied for FLR fp again along with my daughter,s and wife,s british passport and all supporting documents with over 2 years cohabitation documents
FLR FP
applied 15/10/2016
acknolodgement letter received 18/10/2016
biomatric received 28/10/2016
biomatric enrolled 29/10/2016
since ever have,nt heard any thing.i was told i will get reply within 6 months but its been 8 months already and im bit scared about decesion,,why they are taking so long for my case now..having british child and 2 years cohabitation makes my case strong but still worrying about decesion
any of you have similer case ? could any of you plz tell me why they are taking so long and wether my history will effect my case i was overstayer for over a year

Thank you for your Reply Ahmad. I hope you get your visa soon
All of the FLR fp success stories I have read they said it took 3 or 4 months for their decision. It is taking long time in my case which is worrying me

Did you submit an application for FLR(FP) Partner route or Parent route?

Your solicitor should have advised you that you don't qualify for the FLR(FP) PARENT route. :!: This is only for parents who are living separately.

See this thread and in particular, Vinny's posts with links to the Immigration Rules regarding the Parent and Partner routes.

Have you read the previous posts in this thread? FLR(FP) Parent route is for parents who are living separately.

It seems that this is an outside the rules application as both parents will not qualify as parents.
