Switch From Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 Visa

Post by yj1976 » Sun May 21, 2017 12:44 pm

Hi Zimba

Thanks for your replies and appreciate your help. I was following all these posts for a while. I need your advice in my case. Last year I have moved from tier2 ICT to Tier 1 Ent visa as I was having a good business prospect and made some partnership agreement with one of the software vendor outside of UK. So was all set with my plans and was confident of showing the 200K investments during the next extension. But unfortunately, due to some dispute, the partnership got broken and I am now afraid that I will not be able to fulfill the criteria of 200k during the next extension. So was thinking of changing the visa now so that I can start again working as normal. Can i apply for normal Tier2 now or i need to go for Sponsorship visa? Please advise.

regards

Not sure what you think a 'normal Tier 2' visa is. For ANY tier 2 visa you MUST have a sponsoring company.
