We also reached out to our local MP to help facilitate the process as others have done. Their office requested an update from the HO on our behalf and post that we received a decision in a week.

I went for second biometric submission even after getting one cancellation under assumption that I should try from my end to speed in anyway I can.

Got BRP dispatch email on the 10working day (03/12/2020) (the day post which you can raise a formal complaint) and next day BRP arrived via Fedx.
