I did include a cover letter explaining my qualifying period start date and the calculation. I also did online submission before attending bio appointment. I notice that this month a lot of people got their results so I guess HO are processing a lot of cases recently. Good luck everyone :) And thank you for all the helps and support and information - they are really helpful!

ILR Route: Set (O) (Two T2G dependents 6.7 yrs residence)
English: B1
Application date: 31 Dec 2020
Biometric enrolled: 28 Jan 2021 (paid appt at Birmingham core)
Miracle! Approved in 1.5 working days!

ILR Route: Set (O) (Two T2G dependents. Wife 6.7 yrs residence. Daughter 4.4 yrs residence.)
English: B1/UK Postgrad Diploma
Application date: 31 Dec 2020 (23:55 hrs)
Biometric enrolled: 28 Jan 2021 (~17:50 hrs) (paid £110 pp as no free appt available)
APPROVAL EMAIL RECEIVED: 01 February 2021 12:46 hrs (1 - 1.5 working days)!

Given that I made mistakes on the online application and that there were some complexities and there were 80+ documents uploaded and that people have been waiting for ages..., I was prepared to wait for long months.

I am so happy with this surprise!

Thank you so much CR001 and CULLINAN and this amazing forum!

Given that I am currently on maternity leave, both my partner and I were considering to go through the solicitor to avoid any risk. However, after going through this forum we decided to apply on our own as it looked simple and straight forward. Thanks to this forum and to all contributors.

Good to luck to all who are waiting for the decision :)
