I called the UKVI contact center on the 6th of June and also emailed and logged a complaint using their form on the 7th of June. I did get an email from the UKVI contact center on the 11th of June that the proper team has been notified.

It's been 3+ weeks now since i did the biometrics, Hopefully everything goes smoothly.
