10 year ILR route dependents.

Post by mithralaya1 » Mon May 22, 2017 12:48 pm

Hello,

I am going to a 10 year route ILR after my 5 year route rejected on Friday (Reasons: indefinite-leave-to-remain/5-years-ilr- ... 31552.html)

My Questions
  • - I am aware that my wife has to start her 5 years for her ILR starting from the time that I get my 10 year ILR. Is there any other visa she can switch to so she can apply when she is eligible on her 5 years of being here (She came as a PSB dependent on March/2013), So technically she would have been eligible for her ILR on March/2018 if my 5 years route would have been successful. Is there any other way.
  • - I have a child born in UK, can he register as a citizen immediately when my 10 year ILR gets approved.
Many thanks,

Wife has no option but to switch to flr(m) and a new 5 year route to ILR (2 X 2.5 year visas) if you get ILR LR.

She cannot use time as pbs dependent to make up 5 years. She must apply for flr(m) before her dependent visa expires.

I was on on tier 1 general and I got ilr on 10 year long resident.
My Question is about my husband visa.
He got his tier 1 dependent Visa in 2011.
After my ilr he switch to FLR (m).
When he can apply his ilr.
My second Question is about my over 18 son.
My two younger children git ilr but my over 18 children visa refused two time.
Now again I applied on FLR (O).
I am divorced and have sole responsibility of my children. They came UK in 2013.
Please some senior members Help me.
I will be very thank full to you all.
