EEA PR Online Form - child section problem

Good evening,

I am filling the online application form EEA PR and have some problems in understanding the child section "Employment and self-employment"
I have added one child in the form but the following question appears:
"Are they currently working (including self-employment) in the UK?"... Who are "they" ? Is it the child or the parents? If it is the parents, is it the father or mother employment's which need to be filled in the "Name of employer"?
