Paying NHS surcharge for a child after successful appeal

Post by Obie » Mon May 29, 2017 8:08 pm

Dear guys,

Has anyone experienced difficulties paying NHS surcharge for a child.

I recently succeeded in an Entry clearance appeal for a destitute Pakistan child, but I am having problems with the NHS fee payment.

Embassy says a fee should be paid, which I accept is lawful, however the system is not accepting payment.

Anyone experience such difficulties before? How did they deAl with it?

Thanks a lot, I have tried contacting Sheffield, and after 2 working days waiting, the response is essentially informing me of what i already know, rather than sending the requested link, that will enable payment to be made.

The system is unbelievable.

This error has been in place for several months now, but they have sought to do absolutely nothing about it.

There is a 2 years old child deprived of her ability to be with her parents. It is so ridiculous.
