A UKM application can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer.

I know standard time is 6 months but in spite of knowing this, am getting extremely anxious. Should I call HO????

Probably there is. Not everyone who applies posts on the forum and asking the question all the time won't make people post a response either. There is nothing you can do but wait.

Is this just your observation from postings here? March 29 was Article 50 trigger day but I don't see how that is relevant to non-EEA applications. I applied March 30 and am also non-EEA and my status is "Awaiting Decision" last updated 25 May.

i applied on 22 March 2017 and approved on 19 July and updated online this date for 17 July 2017.
Letter received on 31 March 2017 and book the ceremony on 16 August.

PS. from my looking on the forum it appears that EU and EU spouse applications are getting decided but not much update on non-EU applications submitted towards the end of March 2017.

I'm non-EU and applied on the 31.3.17 through NCS. Home Office didn't acknowledge until 18.4.17.

My online status has been updated to 'Decided' on 28.7.17 but I haven't received anything in the mail by today (BD 6).

I also applied on the 30th of March, Biometrics done on 25th April, Online status still saying "Awaiting decision" and last updated on 25th May and it's been 4 months now.

Applied 28/03/17.
Checked online 04/08/17. Using "Our ref." the website shows "Awaiting decision since 25 May", but using Case ID (without the 0 at the front) the website shows "Decided 02 August".
So, suggest always doing 2 checks - once using Our ref. then using Case ID.

As to the topic, I have checked mine and it says "Waiting a decision" & was updated 25 May 2017. However, also one of my colleagues checked on her case of which we applied at the same time and it says decided on 02 August 2017. (Just 3 days ago). I think the new checking system is working up to date only that specific data to each case appears once status changes. hope this helps.

I went to council yesterday to see if they receive anything and they said it is early to receive anything. Now I have to wait for the decision letter to see if it positive or negative outcome. Although Home Office is famous for being slow with making a decision, it is quite strange that our case was decided at least 3 weeks ago and we have not received the decision yet.

According to the Home Office website: >>> If you don't receive your decision within 10 working days, you can phone us and we will look into this for you.<<<
Called them and they simply said: “wait until the 6 months period is over”. Why would you ask people to call you if you can’t even check a case that is already decided?

According to the lady on the phone, they have not posted anything yet. It's already been 3 weeks with Home Office keeping a "decided" application without any attempts to let us know what the outcome is.

If anyone got similar case, please let me know what the issue/outcome was.

I think that the online status check is not updated frequently.Also shocking to see Home office using 2nd class post to send the application status..
