For anyone still waiting. I applied on 28 April 2017 via ncs. Due to late Friday appointment and bank holiday my application got to H/O on 4th May. Got decided online status on 18th August. Said application decided and posted on 15th aug. Decided exactly 3 months after biometrics. Haven't got letter yet.

Status changed to Decided: 17 August 2017 (Decided on 15/08/17)

Mine Starting with Axxxxxx stopped working on 09 August,2017 but the one starting with 22xxxxxx was showing "Awaiting a decision" until 17 August,2017 midday and then I checked around 15:30 hrs on same day and the one starting with 22xxxxxx changed to decided. The one starting with Axxxxxx is not working anymore.
Before 9 August,both of them were working.

My application was based on 10 year ILR route and Non EU.

No. I'm non EU. Have had indefinite leave for very long time 10 years. Made joint application with my daughter who isn't uk born. Normal application.

Only used the ref with 2xxxxx. Was stuck on 25 May for all this time. Suddenly changed to decided on Friday. Never checked using my old home office number.

As posted above my status remained awaiting decision from 25 may 2017 to 18 August 2017 when it changed to decided. I only started checking mid July as I wasn't aware of this new online checking service, only came across it when I visited forum I only used reference no 2xxxxxx which I was given when I applied for naturalisation. Anyone else with experience using other reference numbers can help you. This 2xxxxx ref number always worked for me.

When did u summit ur application, I summited mine feb14 I have to ask my mp to write to home office and I called office too they asked me for my email and phone number and date I summited my application that within five working day I will get back to me that is what the lady on the phone told me

Well I'm waiting from ages it seems, I submit mine in 28Feb 2015 but Homeoffice got it 2nd of March 2015. I tried all availed options including MP but nothing worked, I was still patient but now non of my Ref # is recognised and I'm getting stressed.

I can see that "April thread" is not updated with many approvals..At the same time, the May approval applicant is from EEA..
But overall a good sign

Yeah it does seem really slow, to keep myself sane I just tell myself that people are not posting their updates until they have had their ceremony/passports
