Mine was 10 July and still awaiting decision. I am really worried-my referee's haven't been rung yet-are they always rung?navinw wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2017 10:05 amyes, i too applied same time and no change in the status....Yevgeniy Orloff wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2017 9:27 amApplied on 17th May 2017, and my status is still "Awaiting Decision". I'm getting very £%#@!
Wrote a letter to Home Office yesterday, got a generic reply of "It's been less than 6 months so sod off"
Did anyone else apply around the same time?
Did anyone had to wait more than 6 months? (The longest waiting time I saw was 5.5 months)
I did also tried calling and they mentioned wait for another month(i.e. 6 months) and if you still don't receive, then give us a call back..
This is really frustrating and really helpless...
It is a BETA/Trial service and frequently not accurate.
Same here.....
Most councils do 2 or 3 ceremonies per month, some only do one and it varies from council to council. When you are able to book a ceremony depends on how full the booking for ceremonies are. They only allow X number of people per ceremony so if the next one is full, you will only be offered the dates for the subsequent ones. You could pay extra and opt for a private ceremony if you choose not to wait for the public ceremony if it is too far away.
Just check our status and it's show DECIDED
What delay is there for someone getting their approvals in August and September? When people are waiting from April or May. There was a freedom of information request which suggests caseworkers were picking and choosing cases, The home office denied but I suspect it was close to the mark.
Thank you soo muchCR001 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 22, 2017 2:37 pmMost councils do 2 or 3 ceremonies per month, some only do one and it varies from council to council. Your best option would be to contact them once you receive your letter. Some members get booked in automatically for a set date, other members are able to choose their date. Again, it varies from council to council.
OMG my situation is same. I also applied on 06/06//17 and decided date showing 17/10.
You'll have to wait. Like others who applied before you and still not decided.AGNoble wrote: ↑Mon Oct 23, 2017 11:59 amHi everyone - is there any prescription for this waiting game as it really getting tough waiting with no clue.
