Just a quick update, that link is working now I have used my Ref. number to check right now and it's saying "Decided" and last updated on13th Aug and "The decision has been posted to you. You should receive this within 10 working days. We cannot discuss this decision online or by phone". I don't know what decision it will be.

Congratulations to you in advance. None of the reference works for me. When did you apply? Were you give en exceptional complex issues letter?

I don't know what decision it will be , thank you very much. I have had applied Set LR in Last week of April 2017. No letter received, I haven't received Acknowledgement either only Biometric letter was received.

That is super quick. I pray that your decision will be a favourable one. My case id is not working and has never worked. It appears that Our ref: is no longer on the list of references that can be used.

Just be positive and hope your ILR is on his way.

I was having the same problem, can only use royal mail tracking number that was the only thing working for me.

I am glad you got some output. Mine one still not working. You applied your ILR in April 2017? And in which catagory?
You have only used royal mail tracking number or anything else as well?

I applied on 22nd March 2017 and biometric was done on 27th April 2017. But after that no acknowledgement letter nothing.

Please advise!

eoo have you removed 0 if its in the start of your ref. number, please?
hrak : Set LR. my royal mail tracking no. was working before but then stopped, today I tried with Case Ref, no. it showed me the result. but still, I don't know how long it will take. we can't say any thing till we have some thing in our hands .InshaaAllah will be in favour .I always remained positive. My MP is even slower than H.O,1st time I contacted them on 9th of july and they responded after a month on 12th of August by sending me a letter that an enquiry to H.O has been made on my behalf on 8th of August. They advised me to wait till 30th of September and if didn't hear any thing back from the H.O then they will write them again. Looks like another Hide and seek game started.
