My 2 daughters have been living with me in uk for 13 yrs so we get our flr(f) 10 year route and presently (2 and half year x 4) we have been on flr (f) for 4yrs now as sole parent after leaving illegally for 9yrs after our visiting visa expired but recently i started sharing residence and responsibility with their mother that has indefinite leave to remain though still single he has obtain her indefinite leave 3years ago about to apply for her naturalisation now but due to share custody she is now getting child benefit,working tax credit and housing benefit with my 2 daughters name on her application despite that that they have temporary Residency on FLR (F) .Could you please confirm to me if my two daughters can apply for Indefinite leave based on the fact that their mother has indefinite leave and she is in full time employment and what would be the effect on me for my future application now that i am no more the sole carer/ parent but now share parenthood.I am in full employment . pls help as my first daughter is now 17 yrs and would be going to university next year the time when i have to apply again out of 4 times i have to apply to continue my 10 years route i have been approved twice and i am just midway. pls helppppp as i do not want daughter university to be affected she is presently in 6th form with top likely hood to get admission into among the top 3 university in uk i do not want her mum/mine mistake to affect her ambition . Kindly help pls i am scared
