I am in the process of applying for settlement visa, my wife is a uk citizen. I am applying from Harare Zimbabwe but the IHS fee & visa fee are being quoted in south african rands. My wife has tried to make a payment online 3 times using her uk debt card but have been getting a payment unsuccessful message. Has anyone experienced this and whats the possible workaround. She contacted her bank and they said everything is okay their end but the UKVI helpline is not helpful at all.
