Extension of spouse visa

Post by deesingh » Wed Jun 07, 2017 11:06 pm

Hi experts, I am in a very stressful situation.
I came to the UK in April'15 on spouse visa with my two dependant children aged 14(son) 20(daughter) everything thing was fine in the beginning but slowly and gradually things started getting wrong between me and my husband. We are still living with him. In few month's time we have to apply for extension of our visa. I am not too sure if he would support me with the appreciations. He might, he might not.
Please advise if there is any other grounds on which we can stay in the U.K.? As I have nowhere to go back and my son is in school and has started his life here. Me and my daughter are in full term employment.

Thanks in advance
Dee

At the situation you described, my best suggestion is to do your best effort to stay with your partner , make him happy and agree to support you for your LTR application and it will save you from breaking up family life ..... and honestly I do not think is there any other better option available for you ..

Hi bluebird,
Thanks a lot for replying. I know there are not many options for me, and I am trying my best to save my marriage.
Could you please advise me, what all documents do we need for applying FLRM and when should I start preparing for that. My renewal time is nov'17.

Thanks
Dee.
