no decision letter but i have a new brp

Hello guys,

I received my new BRP today and it seems my application is successful. But I did not get a decision letter, and my documents are missing as well. I have checked my letter box and there is not a letter left saying I need to pick it up somewhere.

I assume this is not normal. I am just checking if anyone has encountered the same situation?

Oh it is a Tier 4 doctorate extension scheme.

Very occasionally the letter may arrive after the BRP, but only if postal deliveries are delayed. It may be lost, and your documents with it. I advise you ask your international student adviser to liaise with the Home Office for you.
